Please ship the item back to the designated return address as instructed.

New shipping tracking information will be provided once the replacement item has been dispatched.

VIII. Shipping & Return Shipping Policy
For returns resulting from product defects or shipping errors, Whalula LLC will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns initiated due to personal reasons, the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
