All orders from Whalula LLC are restricted to delivery within the United States only.
The “Shipping Country/Region” field on the checkout page is fixed to “United States,” and we currently do not support shipping services to other countries or regions.

All orders are typically processed and packaged within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During holidays or peak order periods, processing times may be slightly extended; however, we will make every effort to arrange shipment as quickly as possible.

III. Shipping Transit Time (Within the U.S.)
Once an order has been shipped, the estimated transit times are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (depending on the delivery address and logistics conditions).
Deliveries to remote areas or under special circumstances may experience slight delays.

Basic tracking information is provided for all orders; customers will receive a tracking link via email once the order has been shipped.
Please ensure that you enter an accurate delivery address to avoid shipping delays or delivery failures.
Customers assume full responsibility for any issues regarding the package—such as non-delivery or return to sender—that arise due to an incorrect address or the inability to receive/sign for the package.
